When I became a REALTOR®, I thought I could work at it
part-time - my children were 4 and 8 years old at the time however, I soon learned that it is not possible to be
successful in this profession just working part time, you have to be dedicated
and available when Buyers and Sellers are available. 37 years later I still look forward to the opportunity of working with Buyers and
Sellers - helping to make dreams come true, or challenges a little less
stressful. I have met so many wonderful people, many with whom I have stayed in
contact, and who have provided me with repeat business and many referrals. I am
extremely thankful for their friendship and their business. It is very special
to now be helping the children of past clients to find their first home.
Approximately 97% of my present business is generated by my past clients, and
people who are referred to me.
I look forward to every transaction, no matter how big, small, or challenging
it may be. I continue to enhance my
knowledge and education - to keep up to speed on technology and the changing
real estate laws. I am a Certified Buyer Agent, Loss Mitigation Specialist, Specialist
in marketing New Homes and Distinctive properties, and Certified At Home With
Diversity Realtor, as well - successful Listing and Selling Agent for ERA Key
Realty Services .
Over the years I have become very familiar with the market in approximately 15
towns in the Merrimack and Nashoba Valleys, and have listed, sold and moved
families in and out of more than 700+ homes.
As a member of the Northeast Association of REALTORS®, I also have served on
the Board of Directors and Finance Committee, I am also a member of the
National Association of REALTORS® and the Massachusetts Association of
Realtors. I presently serve on the Professional Standards Committee. Over the
years I have been rewarded with many, many awards: Top Producer Awards and
Quality Service awards which only come as a result of dedication and hard work.
