I
first began on the path to Real Estate when my only son was just 3 years old,
now about to celebrate his 14th birthday I couldn’t imagine my life
without the experiences and relationships that have been formed over these
years. Through the past nine years I have learned that success doesn’t lie in
the sale of the house but in the relationships that you build with your
clients. They have to trust that you will be there for them, anytime, and that
you will give them the expert information that they need to make the best
decisions – even when it’s not easy to hear.
A lifelong
resident of Grafton, MA I have the benefit of local experience and expertise
when it comes to the growing market in my home town as well as surrounding
areas. This knowledge has helped me achieve a consistent ranking of Top
Producer in the ERA Key Realty family as well as the larger real estate
community. Most recently I was honored as the company’s number three top
producer out of more than 300 agents. Living in the same market that I do most
of my business in is truly an invaluable tool to have in my tool belt. Being
able to give more detailed, experienced and relevant information about these
homes and these towns allows me to bring the conversation beyond the market
report to real life.
From the first
meeting, to staging a home so it can shine with its true potential, to
negotiating the best offer possible for my clients, I am present and available
to make the home buying and home selling experience a positive one.
I also try
to give back to the community that has given so much to me professionally and
personally. I enjoy sponsoring local school events, participating in town wide
celebrations where I most recently brought Pat the Patriot out to meet the
Grafton residents to hosting customer appreciation days in some of my client’s
neighborhoods. When I’m not buzzing around town with work I enjoy being active
with my family, antique shopping, skiing and catching up with friends. As a
former Boston Marathoner for Dana Farber, I can also be found enjoying some
fresh air running along the streets of Grafton, MA.
